Data Retention and Deletion: Ares ApS retains the right to maintain and use your submitted commands, collections, and prompts as part of our Service infrastructure and operations. However, upon your explicit deletion request, we will promptly anonymize all personally identifiable information associated with your User Content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Ares ApS may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Ares ApS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Denmark.
